Organizers Informa Markets facilitated an impressive gathering of over 12,000 attendees, showcasing more than 400 exhibitors who presented innovative solutions and technologies aimed at addressing the Philippines’ ongoing water challenges. This year’s theme, “Shaping the Future of Water Management.

The event highlighted the stark reality faced by around 11 million Filipino families who struggle to access clean water, a situation exacerbated by rapid urbanization, water pollution, and extreme weather events like typhoons. Datuk Ir. Abdul Kadir B. Mohd Din, advisor of ASIAWATER, noted that WATER PHILIPPINES serves as an essential platform for showcasing innovations in water filtration and wastewater treatment while fostering discussions on sustainable practices to manage this vital resource. The three-day event featured over 50 high-level conferences, seminars, and workshops, where industry experts shared insights on emerging technologies and successful water management strategies.
Key highlights included the Philippine Water Works Association (PWWA) Conference, which emphasized inclusivity and sustainability in water solutions, and the Regional Water Talks 2.0, promoting dialogue among regional experts. Additionally, technology seminars delved into sustainable treatment methods for water and sludge, while the Philippine Society of Sanitary Engineers (PSSE) Seminar focused on long-term water management solutions. With international participation from countries like Germany, Singapore, and Taiwan, the event reflected a global commitment to tackling water management issues.

Simultaneously held with PhilEnergy 2025, which centered on renewable energy solutions, WATER PHILIPPINES 2025 fostered cross-sector collaboration aimed at driving meaningful change in the water landscape of the Philippines.
