Recognized industry leaders shared their insights and warm welcomes, with Mr. Michael Jaey Albana, VP and General Manager of SMX, delivering welcome remarks that emphasized the event as a celebration of partnerships and shared success. Esteemed guests from the Department of Tourism (DOT), represented by Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco, and the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB), led by COO Maria Margarita Montemayor Nograles, also delivered inspiring messages underscoring the importance of tourism and culinary excellence in the country’s economic landscape.

The event spotlighted the creative talents of participating caterers, introduced by Maria Shaina Santiago Moraga, Cluster Director of Business Development at SMX. Attendees had the chance to explore the caterers’ booths, where edible masterpieces from renowned names like Via Mare, M Catering, Hizon’s, Kitchen City, GQ Mobile Bar, Richgold Weddings, Eventshaker, TiJoe, Conrad Manila, Bizu, Juan Carlo, and The Creamery showcased the fusion of culinary mastery and visual artistry. The creative exhibits embodied the event’s core slogan, Savor, Match, eXperience, with the “X” symbolizing the extraordinary crossroad of culinary and artistic innovation.

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed interactive activities, raffles, and entertainment, culminating in the prestigious Top Client Awards, which recognized the top accounts across multiple branches. The highlight was the Caterer Awards segment, where Juan Carlo emerged as a dominant winner, reflecting their outstanding contributions to the culinary scene.
